VivaCell MTS launches WiFi hotspot service in Yerevan

Armenia’s leading mobile operator VivaCell-MTS announces the pilot launch of its Wi-Fi Hotspot service across 4 key zones in Yerevan. At the initial trial stage everyone who has a Wi-Fi-laptop or Internet-capable gadget with embedded wireless module (any Smartphone or Wi-Fi enabled mobile handsets), will be given free and unrestricted access to Internet within the Wi-Fi hot spot areas which include yhe Armenian State Economic University, Armenian Pedagogical University, Areas adjacent to Opera and Armenian Public Library.

Wireless access to Wi-Fi internet is made simple and free for 2 months.

VivaCell-MTS’ Wi-Fi hotspot offers to different professionals, including lecturers, students or public officials, as well as visitors of cafes or other private and public areas a one-touch connectivity solution that turns Wi-Fi enabled devices such as laptops, smartphones and MP3 players into mobile internet devices. Wi-Fi hot spot service brings even greater flexibility and convenience.
