Turkey delivers military aid to Georgia

The General Headquarters of Turkish armed forces provided Georgia with logistic supplies on Thursday, Georgian news agency Novosti Gruzia reports, citing the press service of the country's Defense Ministry.

"It's a long time Georgia and Turkey have been collaborating in defense sphere. The Turkish side today delivered logistic assistance to Turkey," Georgian Deputy Defense Minister Nodar Khashiladze has said, expressing his gratitude to Turkey.

In the frameworks of a Turkish grant, Georgia received 8 vehicles and other technical supplies.
