Artsakh president meets with French-Armenian benefactor

President of Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh) Republic (NKR) met Sunday with French-Armenian businessman and benefactor Vardan Simakes.

The parties discussed issues related to the implementation of various projects in Artsakh.

Present at the meeting were the head of NKR president's central administration, David Babayan, and the NKR permanent representative in France, Hovhannes Gevorgyan.
