Hilary Clinton: NK conflict should be settled based on Helsinki Act principles and elements announced by presidents

OSCE should continue efforts towards peaceful resolution of conflicts; U.S. Secretary of State Hilary Clinton declared at OSCE Summit, Panorama.am reported.

Among other conflicts, Clinton referred to NK issue and said that the NK conflict should be settled based on non-use of force or threat of force, territorial integrity and self-determination, as well as the six elements announced by Presidents of US, Russia and France. "They are a whole, and any attempt to select one of the principles is non constructive and will not contribute to the settlement."

Clinton underscored that the conflicts should be settled based on non-use of force and that OSCE should reinforce efforts to prevent conflicts and their tensing.
