Dmitry Medvedev: Force apply absolutely unacceptable

Apply of military force during the settlement of conflicts are absolutely unacceptable, President of Russian Federation declared at his speech delivered to the OSCE Summit, Panorama.am reported.

According to the Russian president, OSCE should develop a single principle to normalize conflicts which should be applied permanently and without selection.

Medvedev said that those universal principles should become rejection of force apply during settlement of conflicts, respect towards existing formats of negotiations and mediation, and respect towards residents of conflict zone.
