OSCE mission conducts monitoring on contact line

As earlier agreed with the Nagorno Karabakh (NK) authorities, the OSCE mission conducted Thursday its regular monitoring in the Askeran direction of the Nagorno Karabakh- Azerbaijan contact line, NK Foreign Ministry's press service reported.

From the positions of the Nagorno Karabakh Defense Army, the monitoring was conducted by the OSCE Office Coordinator, Lieutenant-Colonel Imre Palatinus (Hungary), and the Field Assistant of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Hristo Hristov (Bulgaria).

The group conducting the monitoring from the opposite side comprised the Field Assistants of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Antal Herdich (Hungary) and William Pryor (Great Britain).

No violation of the cease-fire accord was observed.

Representatives from NK Ministries of Defense and Foreign Affairs accompanied the monitoring mission on their side.
