Swiss ambassador hands over credentials to Armenian FM

At a meeting today in Yerevan the newly appointed Swiss Ambassador to Armenia (residence in Tbilisi), Gunter Behler, handed over the copies of his credentials to Armenia's Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandyan.

Congratulating Behler on the occasion of his appointment, Nalbandyan expressed confidence that the ambassador will through his activities contribute to the further development of the Armenian-Swiss friendly relations.

Expressing gratitude for the good wishes, Ambassador Behler, in turn, expressed confidence, that he would do his best to bring the Armenian-Swiss relations closer.

The parties also spoke about the cooperation between Armenia and Switzerland within international organizations, as well as spoke about of international and regional issues.
