Man wanted on fraud charges flown from Prague to Armenia

On December 17, Armenian citizen Arsen Kakosyan (born 1967) wanted by the police on fraud charges since February 20, 1996 was flown from Prague to Armenia by the Chief Criminal Investigative Department of the Armenian Police and Inerpol's National Central Bureau in Armenia.

Kakosyan is accused under Clause 2, Section 2 of Article 178 of the Armenian Criminal Code (swindling in large amounts by a group with prior agreement).

Kakosyan is currently in detention, the PR Department of the Armenian Police reported.
