Avetik Grigoryan wins Bansko Grand Chess Open 2010

Armenian GM Avetik Grigoryan became the winner of Bansko Grand Chess Open 2010, Armenian sports website ArmSport.am reported.

After beating Boris Sanchenko and Vladimir Georgevich in the first two rounds, the Armenian sportsman won the first place, scoring 8 out of possible 9 points.

Israel's Tamir Nabati won the second place with 7.5 points. Bulgarian-Armenian chess player Grigor Grigorov, who scored 7 points, came next.

The fourth in the tournament list was Ivan Cheparinov.
