STAR supermarket network becomes Renaissance Capital's partner in Armenia

STAR supermarket network and Renaissance Capital signed today a cooperation agreement on the involvement of joint stock capital in Armenia.

"The negotiations with Renaissance Capital were quite fruitful. Of course, their positive decision was conditioned by STAR company's leading position on the market, the transparency of its business, as well as organizational structure and professional management," STAR supermarket Executive Director Vahan Kerobyan has said.

Under the agreement signed, Renaissance Capital became STAR's exclusive consultant on joint-stock capital involvement issues.

Renaissance Capital, a representative of Renaissance Group, is a leading independent banking investment group in Russia, Central Asia, Eastern Europe and African states. Through its financial centers, its enables its clients to gain access to markets in London, New York and Honk Kong.

The company also has leading positions in mining metallurgy, oil and gas industry, and agriculture.
