Fire in Istanbul Armenian hospital causes no human losses

A fire which broke out in the Istanbul-based Armenian hospital Surb Prkich (Holy Savior) on Sunday caused only material damage to the building leaving humans unaffected, the Turkish new agency Anadolu reported.

It took the firefighters a short time to isolate and extinguish the fire that had broken out at the department for the elderly.

An investigation has been launched. No further details are reported.
