Control Chamber reveals embezzlements

Inspections by Armenia's Control Chamber have revealed a series of transgressions in various sectors in four towns and 10 communities in Tavush province.

At an annual meeting of the Control Chamber held in Ijevan, the centre of Tavush province, the head of the Chamber Ishkhan Zakaryan said that more than 295 million Armenian drams (approx. $817,200) have been improperly used.

Of all that money 286 million drams (approx. 792,240) are subject to recovery.
