Famous Armenian actor passes away

Renowned Armenian actor Kim Yeritsyan passed away on Sunday at age 80.

Born in Tbilisi, Georgia, on November 22, 1930 Kim Yeritsyan started his theatrical activity while student at the Yerevan State Theatrical Institute (beginning 1955). He first played in the State Academic Theatre after Sundukyan, then moved to Hakob Paronyan Musical Theatre.

Yeritsyan gained a wide recognition after his role in the famous Armenian film Band Boys.
