Farwell to Tatevik Ghaplanyan in Yerevan

The dirge and funeral of renowned Armenian actress and Honored Artist of the Republic of Armenia, Tatevik Ghaplanyan, will take place at 2 pm on Tuesday at the Hrachya Ghaplanyan Drama Theater in Yerevan.

The actress passed away on December 22 in Los Angeles.

During many years of work at the Drama Theater in Yerevan Tatevik Ghaplanyan played several roles, portraying various characters that brought her fame and glory.

She performed in such plays as "The Persecuted Missioner," "The Lark," "An Irkutsk Story," "Tutor" "The Last Teacher" and many others.

In recent years Tatevik Ghaplanyan was residing in Los Angeles, CA, USA.
