The State Revenues Committee has started the elaboration of new reforms with an aim to bring the procedures of serving tax payers in compliance with international standards.

To that end, the head of the committee, Gagik Khachatryan, has issued recommendations for regional tax inspectorates.

In the meantime, the committee anticipates tax-payers' active involvement in the process to further the collaboration with businesses.

"We attach importance to each individual tax-payer's opinion on the quality of the services, as well as any constructive proposal that can make the process effective. To that effect, we have created the Interactive Polls section. We assure you that your proposals can greatly contribute to enhancing the quality of the services rendered," says a committee release.
