Armenian man makes suicide attempt in Russian president's office

An Armenian man, reported to be homeless, has made a suicide attempt in the Russian President Dmitry Medvedev's office, the Russian newspaper Svobodnay Pressa reported on Friday.

An unnamed source told the paper that the man who entered the presidential palace at 2:30 pm on January13, possessed a razor which he used for inflicting injuries on different parts of his body.

It was found out that the man was an ethnic Armenian born in 1970.

By his act, he reportedly attempted to attract public attention for receiving at least one document.
