The world countries expect Turkey to respect its commitments under the protocols with Armenia and ratify the documents without any precondition, Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandyan told a news conference on Friday.

"It will help us to move forward and normalize our relations. That's what the world community expects Turkey to do," he said.

Speaking of Armenia, the minister said the country's foreign policy doesn't need any changes.

"Armenia has always kept its promises. It is Turkey's policy that needs to be changed," he said, adding that the country is again advancing preconditions, a policy it pursued until the signing of the 2009 Zurich protocols.

"The international community thinks that Armenia has done its utmost. It's now Turkey's turn to take relevant steps."
