Hrant Dinik commemorated in Istanbul

Several people gathered Sunday in the Armenian cemetery of Istanbul to commemorate Hrant Dink, the slain editor-in-chief of the Armenian-Turkish weekly Agos.

The ceremony was attended by Dink's widow, Rakel Dink, as well as his children and several friends, the Turkish news agency Cihan reported.

Hrant Dink was assassinated on January 19, 2007 outside his office in Istanbul.
