Google sues Miscrosoft for copying data

Google on Tuesday accused Microsoft's Bing search engine of copying its results, SILICONVALLEY.COM reported on Tuesday.

It came after the software started running an elaborate "sting" operation that Google says caught its top search rival in the act. Microsoft has reportedly denied the charge.

Electronic Arts' (EA) turnaround continued during the holiday season, with the Redwood City company's bottom line besting Wall Street expectations.And EA is reported to have raised its previous earnings forecast for its current fiscal quarter. In a move that likely made investors happiest of all, the video-game maker announced it would buy back up to $600 million worth of shares over the next 18 months, a move aimed at boosting a stock price that has performed poorly for years.
