VivaCell-MTS, Hayastan all Armenian fund and Synopsis Armenia launch collaboration in IT sector development

General Manager of VivaCell-MTS company Ralph Yirikian, the Director of the Executive Board of Hayastan All Armenian Fund Ara Vardanyan, and the General Manager of Synopsis Armenia Hovik Musaelyan signed today a trilateral Memorandum of Understanding dedicated to the year 2010’s “Annual Award of the President of Republic of Armenia for Outstanding Contribution to Global IT”, VivaCell-MTS says in a news release.

A statement on the memorandum reads: “Taking into account the effective and successful cooperation between organizers and the financing party over the previous years, the Parties are guided by mutual understanding, partnership and as well as high sense of the importance of this undertaking.”

Speaking on the occasion, VivaCell-MTS General Manager Ralph Yirikian said: “For the second time in a row, VivaCell-MTS supports, as a corporate responsible citizen, the “Annual Award of the President of the Republic of Armenia for Outstanding Contribution to Global IT” initiative aimed at boosting the nation's competitive advantage. In the present-day world, nations compete through technologies and economic potential, not through wars. Armenia has to strengthen its positions on the global level as a country with a powerful intellectual potential. IT developments is among the key factors for our country’s future progress and hence it's our duty to support the growth of such initiatives"
