Harutyun Khachatryan’s films screened in Mexico

Films by Armenian director and organizer of the international film festival Golden Apricot, Harutyun Khachatryan, will be screened in Mexico from March 11-27.

The screening will take place in the framework of the 3rd Cinemaplaneta festival jointly organized by the Planeta Cinema and Mexico’s National Cinema Archive.

The films to be screened include “Kond,” “The Documentalist,” “Return to Holly Land,” “Return of the Poet” and “Border”.

Harutyun Khachatryan is the second Armenian film director whose films will be screened at Mexico’s National Cinema Archive after Artavazd Peleshyan, whose “Beginning,” “We,” “End,” “Life,” “Four Seasons” and “Our Centaury” were retrospectively screened in Mexico from February 25-26.

Harutyun Khachatryan’s films have been retrospectively screened in various prestigious festivals worldwide since 2009.
