VivaCell-MTS becomes partner of 5th Pan-Armenian Games

Armenia's leading mobile operator allotted 20 million drams, becoming the partner of the 5th Pan-Armenian Games.

In a press release issued late on Monday, the company said that the responsibility of partnering the 5th Pan-Armenian Games stems from the strategy of VivaCell-MTS.

The company also said it believes that the popularization of sport is one of the important preconditions to secure healthy generations.

"VivaCell-MTS is responsible in all spheres. The logic is clear - impartiality is important in promoting development of public life," the company said.

This year the Pan-Armenian Games were held in 10 sports (soccer, basketball, volleyball, tennis, including table tennis, swimming, chess, etc.). Along with the teams of various cities of the world, the Pan-Armenian Games also hosted 100 participants from Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh).

The torch brought to the capital of all Armenians from Gandzasar symbolized the power and the significance of the national unity.
