Djivan Gasparyan Junior to have clip released

At his recent press conference the renowned duduk player Djivan Gasparyan announced his intention to leave the stage and launch public activities.

However, at the 8th international musical festival in Uzbekistan the sound of Armenian duduk filled the hall. Djivan Gasparyan – the great master's grandson – was awarded a UNESCO prize.

Djivan Gasparyan Junior does not consider it a surprise that he proved the best among the 52 participants from 30 countries. According to him, it is the result of his hard work for years rather than a prize for his name.

The young duduk player plans to live in Armenia. He is going to have his new disc and video clip released.
He wants to be known as Djivan Gasparyan, not as Djivan Gasparyan's grandson.
