Armenian eco club's film wins second prize in German festival

A film by the Armenian eco club Arevordi (Sunchild) has been declared a winner in NaturVision film festival in Germany.

A documentary by the Foundation for Preservation of Wildlife and Cultural Assets, "I Disagree" was awarded the second prize.

The film has been shot by the young members of the club.

No film was awarded the first prize at this year's festival.

Praising the Armenian young producers' talent, the members of the international jury said the film very impressively features the problems of wandering dogs in capital Yerevan.

Apart from the awards - a certificate and a wooden sculpture symbolizing the festival – the young authors have been also presented with an up-to-date software that will enable them to shoot better films in future.

"I Disagree" will be screened at the international environmental festival Arevordi in October.
