8th conference on computer science and IT opens in Armenia
The 8th international scientific conference Computer Science and Information Technologies 2011 (CSIT) has begun at the Armenian National Academy of Sciences (ANAS) today, Sept. 26.
Among the participants are over 150 scientists from Armenia, Russia, France, Bulgaria, Hungary, Canada, Belgium, Georgia, Taiwan, Germany, Ukraine, Iran and Latvia.
At the opening ceremony, ANAS President Radik Martirosyan said that the conference is supposed to promote the development of computer science and exchange of information and experience between IT experts.
The conference will last until Sept. 30, with 110 talks to be delivered.
