6th international youth film festival It's Me starts in Yerevan, Armenia

The 6th international youth film festival 'Yes em' (It's me) will be held in Yerevan, October 10 to 15, 2011.

The organizer of the festival is the Union of Cinematographers of Armenia, in cooperation with the Ministry of Culture. This year's festival is dedicated to the 20th anniversary of Armenia’s independence.

The festival aims to support young producers and facilitate integration processes in cinematography.

The It’s Me festival has been an annual event 2004 and, a biennial event since 2007.

The feature of this year's festival is 112 films from 16 countries – Armenia, Russia, Ukraine, Molvoda, Lithuania, Latvia, Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, United States, etc.

The winners will receive prizes in the following categories: the Best Film, the Best Production, the Best Acting, the Best Documentary, the Best Student's Work, and the Best Cartoon.

The films will be screened at the Cinema House.
