“Tumo” Center for Creative Technologies to open in Karabakh’s capital
President of Nagorno Karabakh Bako Sahakyan met October 18 American-Armenian philanthropists Sam and Sylva Simonians and people accompanying them.
Issues related to the foundation of “Tumo” Center for Creative Technologies in Karabakh’s capital Stepanakert were discussed during the meeting, central information department of the officie of NKR President reported.
According to President Sahakyan, the existence of such a center will be among the best pattern of investments into the intellectual sphere, which will give a serious impetus to the development of information technologies in the republic and intellectual capabilities of the younger generation.
Bako Sahakyan underlined that this project was among the best manifestations of the Motherland-Diaspora cooperation.
Prime-minister Ara Haroutunyan and other officials partook at the meeting.
