End of world possible only after cosmic catastrophe, Armenian scholar says

The end of the world is possible only as a result of cosmic catastrophe, Byurakan Observatory scholar Areg Mikayelyan told the reporters, referring to the ending date of Maya’s calendar.

He said there are many peoples who have calendars the date of which is coming to an end.

“We had survived about four ends of world. It was stated that the end of world will come in 2000, it did not happen, than it was told to be in 2001. I think we will survive this one too,” Mikayelyan said, not excluding the possibility of cosmic catastrophe. “The elimination of dinosaurs is explained with a cosmic catastrophe,” he said.

The scholar also said if the Sun diverts by even one percent the mammals will disappear from the earth.

“In 2013 the sun will be very active which is dangerous for people’s health. The cardio-vascular diseases will sharpen. People having such problems must take care of themselves. We cannot predict the sun activation days, we can predict it only a week before,” he said.
