Armenian National Academy of Sciences, Russian Nuclear Research Institute sign cooperation agreement

Armenia’s National Academy of Sciences and Russian Nuclear Research United Institute have signed a cooperation agreement in the spheres of science, innovation and education.

 

According to NAS information-analytical center, the agreement was signed by the chairman of NAS Radik Martirosyan and director of the Russian Nuclear Research United Institute Viktor Matveev.

 

During the meeting Radik Martirosyan said that since the soviet years good prerequisites have been created for cooperation. Armenian scientists were participating in the implementation of Russian Institute’s programs, conferences.

 

Viktor Matveev presented the promising scientific directions that are currently the priorities for the Russian Institute and invited Armenian scientists to participate in the works of the institute.

 

Radik Martirosyan invited Matveev to participate in the 70th establishment anniversary events of NAS that will be marked in October 2013.
