No plans to switch over to common currency - Armenia’s Central Bank
The Central Bank of Armenia (CBA) has no plans or conducts negotiations for transition to a common currency within the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU), the CBA press service told Tert.am.
Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed Russia’s government and Central Bank to determine the ways of further financial integration within the EEU and study the advisability of possibility of forming a currency union.
No EEU documents deal with this issue were signed, however.
