Samsung Galaxy S8 looks set to be the smartphone to beat in 2017.

By the time the phone launches in April, it will have been a full two years since Samsung's flagship phone underwent a substantial facelift – with the Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge being more of a subtle refinement of the design debuted with the Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge.

That's all about to change, with Samsung reportedly plotting a dramatic design overhaul, Express.co.uk reports.

Following a swathe of rumours from the Chinese supply chain, graphic designer Veniamin Geskin has cooked-up several high-resolution renders of what the smartphone will most likely look like.

The latest renders are all based on rumours from reliable sources within Samsung
