Sevan Startup Summit 2018 will be held on June 22-29. The organizers of the Summit are planning to host more than 1000 entrepreneurs from all over the world. As announced before, the Summit will be the gala event of the year, bringing together the winners of Summits organized in UAE and India, main stakeholders of local startup ecosystem, successful entrepreneurs, and investors.
Vahagn Rapyan (CEO, Sevan Startup Summit) stated:
Taking into account the internationalization of Seaside Startup Summit, we set a goal of bringing together the key representatives of business community. We expect that the non-formal environment will foster the exchange of knowledge and experience between the stakeholders of global startup ecosystem.
Applications for Sevan Startup Summit 2018 will be accepted till 30 of June. For free participation it is necessary for startups to register and fill in the application till May 14. Starting from May 15 to June 4, the applicants will pay $30 per person, and starting from June 5 to June 30, the selected startups will pay $45 per person.
One of the innovations of the Summit 2018 is the acceleration program that will be organized for the first time in Armenia with an investment fund of $100.000. The investment will be made by Seaside Startup Summit, which will provide a number of opportunities to the participants. Within the framework of the event, the prize fund will reach $50.000. More than 30 startups will get monetary prizes in the field battles organized during the Summit. It is also expected to have a number of investments in total of $1.000.000.
