Armenia's foreign minister steps down

Zohrab Mnatsakanyan has been relieved of his duties as the foreign minister of Armenia.

The decision was announced by Nikol Pashinyan in his speech at the National Assembly on Monday. "I have made a decision, by the way, to dismiss the foreign minister from office," the prime minister said.

Mnatsakanyan's resignation letter was later published by the Foreign Ministry's spokeswoman on Facebook.
