Davit Khudatyan discussed questions regarding the project of building a new nuclear power unit

Davit Khudatyan, Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Armenia, visited the Armenian Atomic Power Plant today. This is reported by the Ministry of Economic and Social Affairs.

The minister toured the station with the general director of the NPP, Eduard Martirosyan, Armavir Marz Governor Argishti Mekhakyan, community heads, and got acquainted with the re-equipment and modernization works.

After that, a working meeting was held, during which a number of work issues were discussed, including issues related to the extension of the operation period of the 2nd power unit of the NPP, as well as the plan for the construction of a new nuclear power unit.
