According to Tert.am, both the Prosecutor General's Office and the legal successors of the victims were appealed against the decision of the mayor Yenokyan.

Mher Yenokyan was released on parole from his sentence on July 23. Yenokyan has been released from the courtroom and has a trial period for him for 10 years.

The Court of Appeals will publish the Court of Appeal on August 8. The case will be heard in writing, the decision will be clear on the first 10 days of August.

It should be reminded that Mher Yenokyan was charged with killing my classmate Iosif Aghajanov. On November 29, he was sentenced to death in 1996, which was later changed in prison.
