China, Russia and Iran will suffer from the US agreement with Armenia and Azerbaijan. NBC News:

US President Trump will hold a ceremony in the White House today, during which the peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan will be signed.

The agreement opens the "Trump's Road for International Peace and Prosperity" in the South Caucasus region.

The high-ranking official of the Trump administration told NBC News that since the announcement spread yesterday, they received calls from nine different operators, including three American companies, who are interested in operation of the route.

"It will have a great impact on American business and energy supply throughout Europe. The people who lose here are China, Russia and Iran. The winner is the West, "the high-ranking official of the administration told reporters during a telephone conversation before the deal.
