"Our position on Zangezur and this issue is completely clear. We welcome any peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan and earlier we express our readiness to cooperate and contribute to the peace process between Armenia and Azerbaijan.

As for the Caucasus region, our position is quite clear. We demand that all countries in the region maintain full sovereignty over their territories, respect the territorial integrity of all countries in the region and we will not adopt any change of international borders, "he said.
