Unveiled May 1, 2026, this initiative centers on transparency, accountability, and performance (T•A•P), supporting Biblically inspired world-class benchmarking and management excellence, the "Framework". The template provides systematic approaches to addressing highly destructive, massive systemic misconceptions that have influenced institutional practices and community understanding.

The 23-page framework delivers four essential components: church attendance analysis tools, financial profile development systems, the "Framework" and T•A•P implementation guides, and pilot program materials. Khachkar Studios independently crafted this resource through meticulous analysis of Saints Sahag and Mesrob Armenian Apostolic Church in Providence, Rhode Island, creating benchmarks applicable across diverse congregational settings.
