Nikol Pashinyan and Lithuania’s prime minister discuss issues related to the development of Armenia-EU relations during phone call

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan held a phone conversation with Lithuanian Prime Minister Mindaugas Sinkevičius.

Nikol Pashinyan congratulated Mindaugas Sinkevičius on his appointment as Prime Minister of Lithuania and wished him success in carrying out his responsible duties.

In turn, Lithuanian Prime Minister Mindaugas Sinkevičius congratulated Nikol Pashinyan on his reappointment as Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, expressing confidence that joint efforts would provide new impetus to bilateral cooperation in the near future.

The interlocutors discussed the ongoing work toward the practical implementation of the Joint Declaration on Strategic Partnership between Armenia and Lithuania. Both sides emphasized the importance of expanding and deepening ties across multiple sectors.

They also discussed issues related to the development of Armenia-European Union relations.
