Pashinyan and French Ambassador discussed development of economic relations and joint programs in other areas

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan received the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the French Republic to the Republic of Armenia, Florian Escudier. The Armenian government reports.

The Prime Minister congratulated the ambassador on assuming his post and wished him success in his work. Nikol Pashinyan emphasized the importance of continuing to develop and expand the strategic relations established between Armenia and France.

Florian Escudier expressed his gratitude for the warm welcome and noted that he would make every effort to consistently strengthen multifaceted cooperation between Armenia and France.

The interlocutors discussed issues related to bilateral relations, as well as ongoing programs and upcoming projects. In particular, they exchanged views on joint initiatives aimed at developing economic relations, infrastructure, water resource management, and other areas.

They also addressed the progress of Armenia–European Union cooperation, as well as other issues of regional significance.
