Suren Papikyan and the Czech Defence Minister discussed Armenia–Czech Republic cooperation in the defence sector

Armenian Minister of Defence Suren Papikyan met with Jaromír Zůna, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence of the Czech Republic. The two officials held a private meeting, which was followed by an expanded meeting involving both delegations. This was reported by the Ministry of Defence of Armenia.

During the meeting, the parties discussed issues related to Armenia–Czechia cooperation in the defence sector, including military-technical cooperation, reforms of the Armenian Armed Forces, military education, and collaboration in other areas.

Both sides emphasized the importance of cooperation in multilateral formats within the frameworks of the European Union and NATO.
