Parliament vice speaker praises young Armenian musician

Vice Speaker of the National Assembly Edward Sharmazanov received on Thursday young canon-player Narek Kazazyan who was awarded the third prize at the Eurovision Classical Music Competition on May 12.

According to a press release by the National Assembly, Sharmazanov congratulated the young musician for winning the audience's sympathy, noting that his success was largely due to his special talent and consistent work, as well as the environment in which he was raised and educated.
 

Sharmazanov emphasized that the Armenian state gives special care and attention to gifted young people, considering them the nation’s pride.

Kazazyan thanked the vice speaker for warm greetings, saying that he feels twice as happy for being praised in his homeland.
