Armenia to celebrate European Night of Museums

Different museums in Armenia are organizing unique exhibitions and other events on Saturday evening to celebrate the European Night of Museums.

Entrance to all the museums will be free of charge beginning 6:00 pm.
 

Twenty-eight museums in capital Yerevan and 34 museums in the regions are joining the celebrations to offer interesting exhibitions to their visitors.
 

The first Night of Museums took place in Berlin, Germany in 1997. The concept has been very well received, and since then the number of participating institutions and exhibitions has risen dramatically, spreading to over 120 other cities throughout Europe.
