Armenian singer Raisa Mkrtchyan awarded gold memory medal

Popular Armenian singer Raisa Mkrtchyan has been honored with the Education Ministry’s Golden Memory Medal on the occasion the 70^th anniversary of her birthday.

A solo performer of the Armenian Television and Radio’s Variety Band and a lecturer at the Arno Babajanyan Musical College, Mkrtchyan has been praised for her long-term pedagogical activities.

According to a press release by the Ministry, the singer has received the award from Minister Armen Ashotyan.
