Charles Aznavour’s star to be unveiled in Georgia’s Akhaltsikhe

Pursuant to Georgia’s Ministry of Culture and Monument Protection, a star named after the world-famous Armenian-French singer Charles Aznavour will be unveiled at the Rabat fortress complex in Akhaltsikhe, Georgia.

Marina Beridze, Head of the Current Events Division, Ministry of Culture and Monument Protection, told journalists that Charles Aznavour’s visit to Akhaltsikhe is a significant event. “I am proud that Aznavour’s concert will end in unveiling of his star. I hope very many concerts with world stars’ participation will take place there,” Beridze said as quoted by apsny.ge.
