Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan was relieved of his duties as the Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church to be appointed as the Pontifical Nuncio-at-Large, ARMENPRESS reports, citing the Mother See of St. Etchmiadzin told.

Martirosyan was ordained as the Patriarch of Artsakh in 1989.
