Eurovision-2011 will be held in Dusseldorf

The city where the Eurovision Song Contest 2011 will take place is already known - Dusseldorf, West Germany.

The final will take place on May 14.

Citing it sources German newspaper Bild reports that the semi-finals will take place on May 10 and 12.

Earlier Berlin, Hamburg, Hanover and Koln were mentioned as candidate cities where the contest was expected to be held.

The winner of the Eurovision-2010 was Lena Meyer-Landrut.

Each year the contest is hosted by the country of the wining participant.
