Japanese master's works top 2010 best exhibitions' list

Japanese world master Hasegawa Tohaku's exhibition tops the 2010 world's best exhibitions' list, according to the The Art Newspaper.

The exhibition last year attracted 12,116 people which exceeds the 2007 Leonardo exhibition record by 2,000.

Tohaku exhibition won the fourth place in Kyoto (9,098 visitors each day). Four Japanese and one American exhibition (Lincoln Memory Book in the Washington national Gallery) were in the top five list.

Louver museum, which annually attracts 8.5 million visitors, was recognized as the world's best-known museum.
