Nora Armani to shoot film in Armenia

Nora Armani, a French-Armenian actress, plans to shoot two films, with ones of them t be sot in Armenia. She will be the central character of the film. Nora Armani also plans to create a film about her family, which is scattered throughout the world. She wants to dedicate her film to the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide and hopes she will succeed.

To journalists' questions about progressive tendencies in Armenian cinema, Armani said that she sees them. "But I propose that Armenian businessmen engaged in construction be legally obliged to sponsor cultural projects," Armani said. She stated her readiness to submit this proposal to Yerevan Mayor Karen Karapetyan.
