Serj Tankian to sing at Beirut Rock Festivals

Famous American-Armenia rock singer Serj Tankian will take part in the 2011 Beirut Rock Festivals.

The event is scheduled for September 2 and 3 at Zouk Mikael's Roman Amphitheater.

The Lebanese Symphony Orchestra will accompany the former soloist of the System of a Down rock band.

The concert program also includes songs by Khatchadour Tankian (USA), Eileen Khatchadourian (Lebanon) and EpiSode (Lebanon).

Rock bands from Portugal, Sweden, Syria and Lebanon are also expected to perform songs during the festival.
